Attorney Scott Brilliant, has practiced personal injury law for 23 years. He attended UMASS Dartmouth and then received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1999 and has served Massachusetts residents ever since.
His past experience working as both a claims adjuster and as an attorney for well known local insurance companies, provides Scott with clear personal insight into the insurance industry. That insight helps him to better identify insurance bad faith and help his clients make claims that will be successful.
Scott’s personal injury law experience ranges from having worked at a large major personal injury law firm as well as a sole law office practitioner focusing on personal injury. He’s excited to join Jason Stone Injury Lawyers because of the passion he holds and shares with the JSIL team to represent injured people and help them recover emotionally, mentally, and financially.
Scott is married with three children and two labradoodles. When not helping clients, he can be found fishing, golfing, playing basketball or training for another marathon – he’s run 36 thus far!
