Having been born in Stoughton, and growing up in Sharon, Ashiq is a life-long Massachusetts resident. After graduating from UMass Amherst in 2012, he’s worked in varying industries ranging from entertainment logistics, security licensing, and estate planning and probate law. He’s also earned a Paralegal Certificate from Duke University in 2022. Ashiq has a continuing curiosity of how things work, as he believes learning never truly ends even after graduating from school. It is this curiosity that makes Ashiq excellent for paralegal work.
In his spare time, Ashiq is a woodcarver and is known for making kitchen utensils and furniture for friends and family. If you needed a tool, he probably already has it. He has a best friend named Sophie, who is a cockatiel, and won’t stop talking about how good of a bird she is. Ashiq is also known for playing video games, such as Sekiro and Baldur’s Gate 3, at the hardest possible difficulty.
