Giving back to our community through acts of generosity preserves and promotes the safety, beauty, and health of our cities and those who live here. Not only do we provide legal services to those who have been injured through no fault of their own throughout New England, we also team up with various charitable and nonprofit organizations in furtherance of their objectives. Our mission is to work with those wonderful organizations to prevent harm, alleviate suffering, and to use the joy of activity to increase happiness.
We’re here to help. At Jason Stone Injury Lawyers, we take care of our own because New England is our home.
Boston Celtics Partnership
Our law firm has helped injured Bostonians and people throughout Massachusetts for nearly 20 years. We’re extremely proud to partner with the Boston Celtics, our hometown team and one of the most storied and successful franchises in NBA and sports history.

Increasing Brain Injury Awareness & Prevention
One-third of non-fatal bicyclist injuries are to the head. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), a majority of the 80,000 cycling-related head injuries treated in emergency rooms each year are brain injuries. Our mission is to provide every school age child with a helmet to protect their brain when participating in activities like baseball and bike riding.
New England Innocence Project
Jason Stone Injury Lawyers is proud to support the New England Innocence Project, an organization that helps innocent convicted people clear their names and get out of jail. To be accused of a crime, then convicted, and then incarcerated is many people’s worst nightmare. Unfortunately, it happens all too often and it ruins the lives of the families and friends of the accused.
Fighting Against Drunk Driving
Every day, about 28 people in the United States die in drunk-driving crashes — that’s one person every 52 minutes. In 2019, these deaths reached the lowest percentage since 1982 when NHTSA started reporting alcohol data — but still 10,142 people lost their lives. These deaths were all preventable.
Supporting Town Baseball and Softball Programs
Baseball is America’s pastime and as a Bostonian, life would not be complete without it. Using teamwork and individual accomplishment, baseball embodies the spirit of cooperation, accountability, and balances individual achievement with the overall success of the team.
Citizens for Adequate Housing
From courtrooms to classrooms, Jason Stone Injury Lawyers is dedicated to providing positive change within the communities we serve. In 2013, we started our school supply donation program to ease the financial burden of providing quality educational materials to area children. Our legal team collected and distributed school supplies to 20 schools across Massachusetts and the Boston area.
Making Back-to-School Easier
One of our community involvement projects is our Making Back-to-School Easier program to ease the financial burden placed on teachers and parents to provide quality educational materials to Massachusetts’ students. We’ve been able to help in various ways, including providing supplies directly to teachers at their schools, outfitting students with new Chromebooks, or filling backpacks with the tools our students need to thrive.
Providing a Helping Hand
Whether we’re building bikes for children, buying gifts for the victims of domestic abuse and their families during the holidays, distributing meals at a soup kitchen, donating Thanksgiving meals to those in our community, or participating in a 5k or a golf tournament, if the Jason Stone Injury Lawyers team can lend a helping hand it will happily do so.
