Olivia serves as one of our dedicated Intake Specialists, bringing seven years of experience in customer service and sales to the team. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a double major in Communications and Theater. After relocating to Boston a few years ago, Olivia quickly made it her home. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, discovering new dining spots, crafting, and spending quality time with her beloved cats. She also cherishes gatherings with friends, always seeking new adventures.
