Eva McGrath was born in Dublin, Ireland, and moved to Marblehead, Massachusetts, at age five, where she was raised. She went on to earn her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth before deciding to pursue a legal career.
In 2015, Eva joined Jason Stone Injury Lawyers as a case manager and was promoted to Lead Case Manager in 2019 because of her exemplary performance when assisting our injured clients. Eva continues to thrive in her role because she gets to stand up for what she believes in on a daily basis.
Eva has consistently been recognized as the winner of Most Valuable Case Manager Award and Best Team Player Award and uses her reliability and no-nonsense attitude to bring out the best in those around her.
Outside of work, the Red Sox, Harry Potter movies, comic books and super heroes make Eva very happy.
