Job Summary
The Case Manager is responsible for providing peace of mind to our clients by helping them recover from their injuries emotionally, physically, and financially. Case managers address our client’s injury related challenges while providing exceptional support to the attorneys, which enables them to obtain a favorable resolution for our clients. This person is a team player that works as the attorneys’ right-hand man/woman by gathering evidence and strategizing as to how to present it in the most compelling manner to insurance companies, defense attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, judges, and jurors.
What We Need You To Do
- Provide peace to our clients by addressing their injury related issues so they can focus on
getting better.. - Document our client’s injury-related challenges so we can get the client money for them.
- Gather the evidence needed for the attorneys to negotiate settlements with insurance
adjusters and defense attorneys - Write, compile and send compelling settlement demand packages to insurance companies
and attorneys to advocate for our clients - Draft, file and send litigation documents, including complaints, discovery demands, and
motions - Prepare cases for trial, including assisting in the retention of expert witnesses
- Regularly update client and case information within Litify, our case management system
Do You Qualify
- Have you worked in personal injury law for 3 years?
- Do you have one year of experience drafting, filing and sending litigation documents?
- Have you completed your bachelor’s degree?
- Have you provided exceptional customer service over the phone by compassionately
gathering information and formulating a plan of action to address the customer’s need? - Are you accustomed to working at a faster than average pace?
